SHIPPING RATES 

We have completed the onboarding process with ShipQuest. As with many intl interactions, communications take time. I just finalized the rates with them. Previously, we were shipping everything out of Gambler's Warehouse in the US. Now we have a UK hub with ShipQuest.

For the UK, we brought it down to approximately £7.50.
For the EU, we brought it down to approximately £11.
For Australia & New Zealand, we brought it down to approximately £12.
For Asia, we brought it down to approximately £16.
(Of course, if you go over 0.5 kg, the cost goes up.)

As for the Rest of the World, carriers in your own countries make it hard to get a reasonable rate, but being a resident there, I'm sure you're already aware of such limitations. Please know that we worked hard to get the best rate available.

As for VAT, it's the same - that's your country doing it's thing. 

SMOKE TEST 

The Backerkit smoke test has started. This is a common practice with Backerkit in which we deliver surveys to 5% of backers from each pledge level. It’s a simple way to catch any errors in our survey and make sure everything is running smoothly. Once the smoke test has been completed, we'll send surveys to everyone else.
